PRODUCT OVERVIEW

YIDISHUI PUMP manufactures diesel engine fire pump sets configured for project requirements. Each set combines a centrifugal pump and diesel engine on a common steel base, with cooling, starting equipment and controls specified for the order.

PUMP MATERIALS

Our standard single-stage pump configuration uses a ductile iron casing and stainless steel impeller. Final material grades, seals and component specifications are confirmed for the selected pump model.

PROJECT CONFIGURATION

Pump flow and head, engine power, controller functions, starting arrangement, battery configuration, fuel arrangement and accessories are selected according to the confirmed technical requirements. Equipment shown in different photos may have different configurations.

CUSTOM MANUFACTURING

Pump and engine selection, base arrangement and agreed accessories can be configured for the project. OEM/ODM requirements, equipment schedules and project drawings are welcome. Final supply follows the confirmed technical specification and equipment list.

SELECTION INFORMATION

Please provide the required flow and head, water conditions, installation space, ambient conditions, altitude and control requirements. These details are used to select the pump, engine and associated equipment.

WORKSHOP ASSEMBLY EXAMPLE

The workshop photograph shows a diesel pump set during assembly, including the engine, starting batteries and control equipment. Final wiring and accessory arrangements depend on the confirmed order.

PUMP ROOM INSTALLATION EXAMPLE

The site photograph shows a diesel engine pump set connected to pump room pipework. Valves, instruments, piping and other installation items are supplied according to the agreed scope.
